STATEMENT REGARDING ALLEGED “OWNERSHIP DISPUTE”
UNITED WE STAND FOR AMERICANS, INC. OCTOBER 28, 2010 Recently Tim Selaty, Sr. posted a statement on grassrootsinterviews.com and roundtablepolitics.com alleging that there is a dispute as to the ownership of those websites. This is false. Neither United We Stand for Americans, Inc. ("UWSFA") nor Nancy Huzar, President, owns grassrootsinterviews.com or roundtablepolitics.com. Previously, it was discovered that video content owned by UWSFA was being posted on those websites without authorization. It was demanded that the videos be removed and Tim Selaty complied. As a member and former director and officer of UWSFA, Tim had no authority to authorize distribution of content owned by UWSFA. That authority rests solely with the President of UWSFA. On October 15, 2010, pursuant to Notice duly delivered, special meetings of the members and directors of UWSFA were held. Tim did not attend nor did he send an attorney-in-fact as authorized by the Bylaws. Because of his withdrawal of funds from a UWSFA Pay Pal Account (Tim is not UWSFA’s Treasurer) and because of the unauthorized use of video content, at the meeting Tim Selaty was removed as Director and as Vice-President and Secretary. He remains a member. No content produced by UWSFA is the property of Nancy Huzar. It is and will remain property of UWSFA. Tim Selaty is free to use his websites grassrootsinterviews.com and roundtablepolitics.com but is not authorized to post video content owned by UWSFA.
